Minimum Admission Criteria:


  • Minimum 55 % of scores in higher secondary school [If applicant is for Bachelors]
  • Minimum 55 % of scores in Bachelor degree [If applicant is for Masters]
  • Minimum 5.5 band score in IELTS [In individual cases students can be exempted from this requirement]
  • Academic gap not more than 3 years [Gap should be justified with relevant work experience confirmation or any other proof]

Admission Process:


  • Offer letter for eligible applicant is issued within 48 hours time
  • Conditional admission letter from the relevant university is issued within 3-4 weeks time after the initial tuition fee payment
  • Admission letter for attending the pathway courses issued 1 week prior to the visa appointment


Tuition Fee, Payment Mood, Refund Policy


  • The overall tuition fee for attending the offered course [Pathway program + Bachelor/Master degree course] is 6750 Euros. Processing and admission fees are inclusive. After admitting at the university, students are getting free education as per the provision of German regulations




  • The initial tuition fee of 1000 Euros should be covered within 10 days time after issuing the offer letter. Rest fee is payable within 5 working days after visa approval
  • The refund of the initial tuition fee [except 450 Euros of mandatory registration and processing fee] is done within 30 - 45 working days after visa rejection. Refund conditions are described in details in the official document - Offer Letter
